The Blended Learning Format offers six morning in-seat sessions facilitated by an SPHR certified instructor from the The Employers' Association of Grand Rapids. This format offers the flexibility of the online course blended with the in-depth live discussions on the most challenging topics of the HRCI exam.

The 11 week SHRM Learning System course provides detailed study for a complete overview of the modules required for preparation for the SPHR and PHR certification exam.
