Certificate Information

Please note that to be eligible to take either the Professional in Human Resources (PHR®) or Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR®) exam, candidates must have at least two (2) years of exempt-level experience in the HR field.  Special exemptions may be granted for students who have not yet achieved 2 years of exempt-level experience.

There are no admission requirements to take the SHRM Learning System® course.

While no single course of study guarantees success on the HRCI examinations, thousands of individuals have used the SHRM Learning System® to study for the exams.  The SHRM Learning System® program is the only program where participant certification exam pass rates consistently exceed the national exam pass rate.
